Overpriced Vehicles. Very poor communication! Right after we contacted them for some information about their car, we received two automated email from two different employees full of sales pitch, Right after we contacted them for some information about their car, we received two automated email from two different employees full of sales pitch, and without answering our questions. They offered their car at over the full retail price, and offered us $10,000 less than the trade value of our car, based on both NADA and KBB. When they realized that they won't be able to take advantage of us, they stopped communicating with us! We saw the good reviews. Apparently, if one doesn't know the market prices for cars, one would not realize that he/she is being overcharged. Please do your homework before buying anything from this dealership. More
