Lexus of Clearwater

We have owned Lexus RX300,RX330,GX460,GX470,GX460. PLUS FORDS MAZDA &BENZ. IN Hawaii when we took our RX in for service to Lexus, I guess the farmed out their service to a sub contractor place. Well I drove it home the engine siezed up bc they did not fill up any of the liquids. 9f course Lexus in Hawaii denied it. So I had to pay for a instalation of a new engine at a separate mechanic place that Lexus supposedly had laying around. I ask Lexus of Hawaii for anything like discount on a new Lexus but was denied. Now I come here to Lexus of Clearwater. What a night and day difference! Lexus of Clearwater has on site mechanical repair shop. They give you a Service Advisor Nicole Grimes the trip prior was George Arhondakis. Nicole made sure we got the work done that was requested. There was a opportunity to charge me double for the same service. Like a diagnostic and another service that did the same thing. Bc Nicole was on top of it and provided the Service the Lexus Brand you would expect. Not ripping us off, keeping up to date in real time with pictures and updates. In the past id com0are the name Mercedes Benz to top of the class . Now thanks to Clearwater Lexus I can say Lexus brand when I talk about top of the line. Lexus of Honolulu I will never forget the way they treated me when my RX 300 had stopped on my way home driving on Kam hwy Kipapa Gultch and my engine siezed. Then they denied all responsibility. Yet had a spare engine laying around just for a RX300. I never even sued Lexus of Honolulu bc at that time the culture in Hawaii you take care of your own. I do not or cannot fathom Nicole Grimes our service advisor being on top of not just us but all of her customers. Why bc Nicole is a true smart professional that stays on top of every thing that comes across her Desk so to speak. More
