Over the past year and a half I have been to Lexus of Clearwater on 6 occasions, for service on my 2003 Lexus RX300. On my first visit, while waiting for my car to be serviced, I met Roger. Honestly, have never considered going to a dealership to be an enjoyable experience and would normally have my husband make the trip. But after meeting Roger actually looked forward to subsequent visits. Roger is King of Customer Service!!!!!! Not only is he professional and knowledgable he genuinely cares for the customer. On 8/4/2012, both my husband and I went for another scheduled service and while waiting were looking at cars on the lot. Finding one of interest, I immediately went to front desk and asked for Roger. We are now the proud owners of a Lexus RX350. Roger made the entire buying experience pleasurable and even came in the following day (his day off)to ensure delivery of the vehicle to us. Brandon was awesome! He was very straight forward with me throughout the whole car buying process. I called the dealership about a car to make sure it was still in stock, I live over 120miles away, and I spoke with Roger Kumapayi. He had the car ready with the a/c running with the tag in hand for the t still in stock, I live over 120miles away, and I spoke with Roger Kumapayi. We have purchased over 15 vehicles in our lifetime and this was by far the best purchasing experience we have ever had. From the person that greeted us when we entered the showroom, our sales associate S this was by far the best purchasing experience we have ever had. From the person that greeted us when we entered the showroom, our sales associate Steve Miskiecicz, finance and delivery, everything was perfect. There was never any pressure and everyone was very accommodating to our every need. We called on a Saturday to inquire about the vehicle we wanted because we live too far to go in person. Steve worked all afternoon to get us where we needed to be and even came in on Sunday to send us pictures. We drove down Monday and picked up our Lexus. Thanks again and we will be back for another Lexus very soon. More
