I brought my Lexus in to get serviced for my info center display. When I went to pick up my car after they replaced the display under warranty I was welcomed to scratches all over my car and large door ding display. When I went to pick up my car after they replaced the display under warranty I was welcomed to scratches all over my car and large door ding with black paint on my car. After asking them to fix it the manager simply wiped the paint and called it a day. I called back in to request someone else to speak with to have it fixed, they mentioned they could try a paint pen or repaint the door which would change the entire color of the door compared to the car. I don't quite understand why they couldn't do a paint blend as this is something commonly done as I worked in the car industry. Long story short they patch jobbed it with a paint pen and now I'm left with a door ding on my car. More
