I was very interested in a Lexus vehicle, and had been tarcking some price points and Model years for a few weeks. Paul Siderio ( Pre Owned Manager) let me know that the vehicle I asked about had been sold, I let him know the range of mlieage and vehicle year I was interested in and he gave me some details on what was available. Paul shortly introduced me to Lucky and we did a deeper dive into what was there and the specifics on price , service and availablity. I soon chose a 2007 ES350 , the entire dealership was effecient, freindly, knowlegeable, and attentive. Not only did I leave with a top notch automobile, I left feeling that I had a great deal, and was pleased with the entire process. I've owned the car for a year now, absolutely enjoy it and have had no issues what so ever. More

He dealt with me with courtesy, class, and patience, and made me feel as if I were the most important customer he ever had. I originally purchased one vehicle, but it turned out that there were problems with that particular car. Lucky was instrumental in orchestrating a situation where I was able to "return" that defective vehicle back to the dealership, and purchase another one instead. During the course of that second purchase, there was a great deal of negotiation, and Lucky was helpful and supportive throughout that entire transaction. Suffice to say, when the time comes to trade my current Lexus in for another one, Lucky will unequivocally be the person with whom I'll do business. He's the best! More

We were very pleased to obtain a 2010 Lexus ES350 with low mileage and color patterns we were looking for. Our salesman was able to deliver that to us. I recently had someone total my 2002 ES 300 which was a very trying time for me.
