I was very happy to get my car. I had my 2 year old son with me and we all know toddlers do not like to wait.. They are always available to take a call, and always there to make sure that their customers are satisfied and deaqlt with fairly. A simple prescription that is lost on many businesses. I also have enjoyed the experience of dealing one on one with Scott Feller on many occasions. He takes his client service responsibilies very seriously, and is a role model for his profession. He has even made "house calls", to answer questions and set up our vehicle-home wireless interactions. From the management to the sales people, this is a well oiled machine that serves its clientele flawlessly. More

I came in for my 10,000 mile service. Unfortunately, prior to coming in I scratched my back door in the garage. Ron was very supportive and offered to have his guys buff out the scratch.
