I was very happy to get my car. I had my 2 year old son with me and we all know toddlers do not like to wait.. I HAVE BEEN AN EXTREMELY PLEASED CUSTOMER FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS OR SO AND JUST LEASED MY THIRD LEXUS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE LEXUS VEHICLE, BUT HAVE REMAINED LOYAL TO THE PROEDUCT PRIMARILY OUT OF LOYALTY TO THE DEALERSHIP. If there were any problems with this delearship whatsoever, rest assured we would not have maintained this relationship. The reason for their success is very simple. The message that management passes down, from Peter Brown and Tom Norton is that the customer comes first. They are always available to take a call, and always there to make sure that their customers are satisfied and deaqlt with fairly. A simple prescription that is lost on many businesses. I also have enjoyed the experience of dealing one on one with Scott Feller on many occasions. He takes his client service responsibilies very seriously, and is a role model for his profession. He has even made "house calls", to answer questions and set up our vehicle-home wireless interactions. From the management to the sales people, this is a well oiled machine that serves its clientele flawlessly. More

I came in for my 10,000 mile service. Unfortunately, prior to coming in I scratched my back door in the garage. Ron was very supportive and offered to have his guys buff out the scratch. Whenever I come into the dealer, he always greets me warmly. He is a wonderful salesperson who has a lot of information at his finger tips. If I lease another car at the dealer, I would definitely buy from Ron. He is an outstanding member of the Lexus dealership. More

He was of great assistance with guiding us with our 2 trade-ins. Definitely recommend Dave to friends and family. When signing the paperwork, the finance manager was ok, did not develop any rapport. Nice guy but not very effective. More
Scott Feller has a very good working knowledge of the Lexus line and other brands. I came in for the umbrella and walked out with a new Lexus. The major problem was that I did not have time to prep my e Lexus line and other brands. I came in for the umbrella and walked out with a new Lexus. The major problem was that I did not have time to prep my existing car and the leasing agency gave me a bill for 2500 dollars. I used Lexus leasing this time and hopfully I will not see this type of bill, if so I will have to consider another line. More
