After driving minivans since 1989, I was ready to downsize to an SUV. After reading reviews of various companies SUV's and taking test drives, I decided to give the Lexus RX 350 a try. After I test d downsize to an SUV. After reading reviews of various companies SUV's and taking test drives, I decided to give the Lexus RX 350 a try. After I test drove the RX 350, it became what I compared every other SUV to. The style, the comfort, the features, just seemed like the right fit for me. I had first called the Lexus of Cherry Hill dealership and by chance spoke to Leo. I had asked several questions before even coming into the dealership which Leo more than amply answered. He requested that if I decided to come in for a test drive, to ask for him. About a week later, I did come in for that test drive. It was my first time considering a luxury vehicle purchase, and I must say that I enjoyed the royal treatment. I spent over 2 hours with Leo Ramos and he was very patient answering my copious amount of questions. A couple weeks later, I decided to come in for another test drive. This was a major decision and investment for me! Leo and I spoke some more and then we took out the RX 350 again. He explained the various features again, but I still was not ready to seal the deal. I had to crunch the numbers and see if this was doable. I told Leo please not to call me and he never did call or put any pressure on me to make a decision. There was a lot of thinking I had to do and he gave me the time to digest the information. Leo did mention about the 0.9% financing and that if I were going to purchase, that this would be the best time. Then I started seeing the Lexus TV ads with 0.9% financing. This confirmed what I had been told. After Leo returned from time off for his wedding, he did call me just to touch base and see if I had made a decision or purchased an SUV elsewhere. Leo then asked if I had a certain color or features in mind. I told Leo what I was looking for and then he said a shipment was due in between 11/28 and 11/30. About 10 minutes later, Leo called me back to say they got a shipment in and an RX 350 with more features than I really wanted came in. Then the negotiations started. I asked about ordering an RX 350 with just the features I wanted since I did not want to pay for features I probably would not use. Leo decided to deduct the cost of those features from the price of the SUV. I still needed some time to discuss the facts with my husband. Somehow, I thought that this was sign and there was divine intervention. About an hour later, I called Leo and said that I was interested in the RX 350 that we discussed. We negotiated a little more and then settled on a number we could both be content with. The next day I brought in my minivan to get appraised for a possible trade in. This was 11/30/11. I know that dealers try to close deals at the end of the month to get their allotment for the following month. At this point I met, Elizabeth DeSabatino, a sales manager. I told Beth that I needed to go home and discuss this with my husband over dinner and would get back to her. I also asked if I did not make my decision that night, would the price be different on 12/1. Beth said that they wanted me to be happy with my decision and would not have the price change, but asked that I call her either way by 9 PM when they close. After much soul searching, I decided to take the plunge! I called her and told her that the answer was yes. She only asked for a $1000 deposit to hold the RX 350. I told Beth that I could not come in until 12/2 to take delivery and that was no problem. So on 12/2/11, I came in and saw Leo who showed me that my RX 350 was getting prepped and buffed as we walked past the new car delivery area. It had been over 12 years since I had made my last new car purchase so I was excited. Now it was time to meet with Jim Kantner, finance director, and sign all those financial papers. Jim explained each paper that I signed and answered any questions that I had. I explained what a big deal this was for me and he re-iterated how important it was that I be satisfied. Then it was time to get in my new 2012 RX 350. Now I met Thomas Norton, general manager who asked if I was pleased with the vehicle and asked how I was doing? I said fine and was excited to drive since it had been about 12 years since I bought a new vehicle. Then Leo once again explained the features, programmed my blue tooth cell phone and garage door opener, went over the navigation system since I am technology challenged, and asked if I had any more questions. He more than sufficiently answered any questions posed to him. He then told me not to hesitate to call him if I thought of anything else. So after over 2 and a half hours, off I drove. I have owned and driven my RX 350 for a week now. It is everything I ever hoped for and more! The whole experience was a pleasure and if any friends or family were to consider a Lexus, I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Cherry Hill! As an RN, the abbreviation Rx means prescription. I consider my RX 350 to my prescription for the ultimate in driving enjoyment! I would like to thank all those people that I came in contact with at Lexus of Cherry Hill for their patience and professionalism. More

Clay was terrific to work with. He was so patient with me, explaining everything about the car. I never had a navigation system before and he walked me through the process. Dave was extremly courteous, helpful, and patient in regards to my visit at Lexus. I never felt pressured having to find a car or buy a car that day, but I was lucky. My wife wanted a reliable SUV after having Mercedes ML-320 for 11 years. After looking at various SUVs, including Mercedes and Range Rover we decided on Lexus. Mr. Woods, product consultant was outstan ML-320 for 11 years. After looking at various SUVs, including Mercedes and Range Rover we decided on Lexus. Mr. Woods, product consultant was outstanding in his support and assistance. He even brought the demo to our house to make sure we could fit the big GX 460 in our garage!! He also helped us with figuring out how to sync our phones and how to remote start the car. Mr. Norton inspite of his busy schedule as a general manager, took time to explain to us the pricing structure. Overall it was a very good experience. I understand the dealership provides outstanding after purchase service. My wife and I look forward to that. More
