Saw their ad on the internet for a certified pre owned lexus es350 2009. I called and spoke with Bob Sherlock and told him what my trade-in was and asked if he thought we could arrive at a certain price.. lexus es350 2009. My wife and I went there that evening and we were able to agree on the price I had mentioned. Before we went to cherry hill I checked with EDMUNDS on line on the price they thought the dealer would be asking for that particular certified pre owned Lexus. The price listed by EDMUNDS was $5000 more than Lexus of Cherry hill was asking on line for the car. I bought it for their quoted price minus the trade-in value they gave me for my very old 2000 es300 Lexus with 135000 miles which was in need of at least $1100 of repairs. Their trade-in offer was quite fair. We bought it and left with it that night and have enjoyed driving it since Dec.1. I fully expect to experience quality service when we take it in for the first of THREE(not one as usual) free service calls. They seem to go the extra mile. Overall very pleasant experience and what seems to be for us at least a good value purchase. More
