My wife and I recently visited Lexus of Cherry Hill to test drive the new Lexus CT200h. We were looking for a smaller luxury vehicle with good gas mileage. We did our research and visited the Philadelphia Auto Show to compare vehicles and had pretty much decided on the CT. We had an appointment with Leo Ramos one evening after work. Our intention was to test drive the vehicle, and if they had one with the equipment we were looking for to put down a deposit and come back another day with a check and title of the vehicle I was looking to trade. Leo was extremely knowledgeable and excellent in going over the vehicle answering all of our questions. He was mellow and not at all pushy. They just so happened to have the exact model, color, and accessories we wanted so I was prepared to deal. After discussion and some give and take we arrived at a fair price for the car and trade in for my old vehicle. I didn't get a bargain, nor did I expect one, I received a fair price. Long story short, we completed the deal that night and brought in the check and title of the old vehicle later in the week. We drove home with the new car that night! I have dealt with many dealerships in my life and have had several high end cars. I found my overall experience with Lexus of Cherry HIll and specifically with Leo Ramos to be actually pleasant. I highly recommend him to all looking for a new Lexus. More
While visiting the BMW dealership next door, I decided to stop at the Lexus dealer just to complete my "research" on used cars. I looked at MANY cars(BMW, Mercedes, Acura), but from the moment I walked into stop at the Lexus dealer just to complete my "research" on used cars. I looked at MANY cars(BMW, Mercedes, Acura), but from the moment I walked into the Lexus dealer and met Dave, the process went very smoothly. I gave Dave my criteria and he went to work. We found two very good options (a 2009 with very low mileage and a 2008 with more miles but more features). Dave was not at all salesy ... he just gave facts, things to consider, and explained key differences. I couldn't make up my mind that day, but based on my experience, I called him and we closed the deal. I was picked up at my home by Sean (very pleasant and personable), taken to the dealership, given a full overview of the car's features; then John took over with financing, and Paul helped with the insurance. So full service, nice teamwork, great approach. More

My experience was excellent. Dave McNulty was very helpful in assisting us with our first Lexus. We never felt pressured, he was upfront/honest and he answered all questions and concerns. My wife and I were looking for a new car for about a month or so. We had our minds set on another manufacturer and when we started to deal with the dealerships associated with that vehicle we became di month or so. We had our minds set on another manufacturer and when we started to deal with the dealerships associated with that vehicle we became disgusted by the stereotypical games that come to mind when you think of car sales. We contacted at least 6 dealerships in 3 states, some in person, some over the phone. It got to where we were turned off by the car and began to broaden our car search to other vehicles. There were vehicles we liked but nothing excited us. We decided to check out the Lexus RX350. Before going to the dealership we had only seen the vehicle on the road. While checking out the RX on the showroom floor Leo approached us and gave us an overview as well as answering all our questions. He was very informative and listened to what our needs/wants were. He then offered to take us on a test drive. The RX sold itself from that point forward. I have always driven German cars, and while I still have an affinity for them, I now know why Lexus owners love their vehicles so much. By the time we were back at the dealership it was simply a matter of color and options. Leo explained all of the configurations to us and began searching for our vehicle. At the same time, we were negotiating price which was stress free as Leo is very easy going. Once we settled on the price, we started to nail down the vehicle that we wanted to purchase and not one they would sell us. Leo brought us window stickers of RXs that were available but all of them came with an option or two that we felt we could do without. It would have been very easy for him to sell us what was available to him (as many salespeople do) but he actually found the exact car we wanted to buy. It was in another state and was the only one available in the Northeast at that time. Leo and his associates were able to get the RX for us and had it flat bedded to their dealership. They made the whole car buying experience an enjoyable one for my wife and I. I highly recommend the Lexus RX350, Cherry Hill Lexus and especially Leo Ramos for making the process from start to finish seamlessly professional, relaxing and exciting. I rated the price a 5 because Leo was able to get us the vehicle that was in our budget but I do not know how the price we paid rates to what other people have paid for the same vehicle. Since purchasing we have contacted Leo with questions and he has gotten back to us in a timely manner, resolved any issue, and has continued to make us feel valued as a customer even though the sale is over. Also, we brought the RX in one Saturday to have something looked at (without an appointment) and my children wanted hot chocolate. Their machine was not working for some reason but an individual sitting at the reception desk when you walk in overheard my kids and went upstairs and made them hot chocolate. I apologize for not knowing her name but I thought she went above and beyond. At the same time the General Manager, Thomas Norton took one of my children and myself on a tour of the back where they service the vehicles, again above and beyond.
