This was our first experience at Lexus and we were very impresssed. The salesperson Chaz Bevan was very knowledgeable, kind ,considerate and made us feel extremely comfortable. The dealership is a beautiful facility that is quite comfortable and inviting. The sales process was thoughtful and no pressure. I first initiated contact through the internet department with a quote f comfortable and inviting. The sales process was thoughtful and no pressure. I first initiated contact through the internet department with a quote from a more distant dealership. The internet department said they would match the quote. The quote was clearly spelled out from the other dealership. The papers were drawn up after I asked the salesman about the different price than was quoted. He said that was the price quoted. Unfortunately, the internet department didn't communicate what was agreed and I didn't have copies with me. This resulted in a post-sale dispute. The internet department didn't produce our communications to the salesman or finance man. I had to produce them in order to receive the agreed sales price. The Finance Director rectified the error and a refund was issued a couple weeks later. The dealership stood by the internet price. The service department made a couple adjustments in the car the following week and guided me through some tips on the computer cluster. They even washed the car! Though the post-sales issue was concerning, the dealership rectified the problem and the service department provided great help in learning the basics of the new car. So far, I highly recommend the service department with all fives! More

Being a first time customer of Lexus of Cherry Hill my wife and I were not sure what to expect. Everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure to deal with. This is my second Lexus. My first was a 2007 350 ES, also bought at Lexus of Cherry Hill, and I loved it. Hoswever,with 79,000 miles on it I was getting ready for a new one.But the "new" ES's won't be out un bought at Lexus of Cherry Hill, and I loved it. Hoswever,with 79,000 miles on it I was getting ready for a new one.But the "new" ES's won't be out until Fall so I checked out the new 2013 GS's. What a beautiful car! I'm now the proud owner of an F Sport model and I love it. Doing business with this dealership is easy. They are easy to talk to, very friendly and the prices are fair. Dealing with both Tom Mylett and Paul Siderio was a pleasure. There was no pressure and they were especially helpful. My Lexus 350 GS is a great car and this is an exceptionally good dealership. More
We were looking at a Cadillac SRX anf the Lexus dealer was right next door. We went to look at the Lexus 350. The car was a completely different ride. Looks were great.
