He was most considerate to please me and did address any concerns that I had. He does go "that extra mile" to please his customers. Rodney worked with me in my new car purchase and he was a pleasure to work with. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed and did his best to work with me in the price I wanted to stay at. I didn't feel pressure at all to make my purchase and I came in with a list of questions, all of which, were answered honestly without hesitation. If he didn't know the answer he found it out for me as soon possible to my satisfaction. After explaining everything in full, he told me to think about it and take my time and that there was no rush in my purchase and that's exactly what I did. I came back two days and knew that I oculdn't pass up the deal or my car so I went for it and I'm so happy I did!! I am extremely happy with the service I was provided and my purchase!! Conversely, I will say while dealing with Jim in finance, he was very nice but the only issue I had was feeling a little rushed because the information was given to me so quickly that I had several questions to ask to confirm what was being said. I know they have alot of people to deal with back to back for the finace part of the sale, however, I don't think the customer should feel like they can't ask questions because they are on a time frame especially when you are essentially signing your life away once you make a purchase. I'm the type of person that will ask questions regardless, however, there may be customers who shy away from doing so because of that sense of being rushed. I say this to say, my only suggestion would be to slow down the material while relaying it to the customer and thoroughly explain it so you may avoid questions or having enough time to relay all information in no particular time frame and welcoming questions by asking if the customer understands all that has been stated. Aside from this issue, my overall experiece was great and I would reccommend Rodney to any of my friends and relatives who were considering becoming apart of the LEXUS family!! More
