We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment following your visit with us. However, you were the party looking to amend the terms of the agreed upon deal, not the dealership. The deal that was made with you was based on the original vehicle which you chose. We made a fantastic offer to you and you agreed to the terms and accepted the deal. We had every intention of honoring the agreed upon price for the agreed upon vehicle. Prior to taking delivery, you requested to purchase a vehicle that was equipped with the additional option (Blind Spot Monitor). The cost of this additional option that you desire is $500, which you were not willing to pay. You then asked to cancel the deal, which we graciously obliged, and in good faith we immediately returned your deposit.
