It all started with me telling my girlfriend she needed a new car. We decided on Lexus . Every step through out the process was exceptional. She had took it upon herself to go to the dealership by herself to see what kind of cars were currently available. She was greeted by a salesman outside and no pressure answered all of her questions. The second interaction was over the phone, She spoke with Damion and had a pleasant experience so she decided to schedule a time to actually purchase a car. She decided on the 2015 Lexus IS 250 . We probably walked around the lot for a hour looking for the one she wanted. She finally decided on the White Lexus with the Roja Red interior. We ran into a setback . She had her heart set on that color combination but unfortunately that car was already sold. Damion and Ian scoured the market and it was just none out there to provide her with her dream car. So they suggested that we wait for the 2016 to come out. Fast forward two months," Full Disclosure " Damion had communicated with my girlfriend regularly while we waited, Which was much appreciated because she was starting to lose hope. And it was him that made the difference . Patience is a Virtue and Damion provided that comfort that her dream car will become reality . On Friday 10/16 she got the call she was dying to get, Damion said your dream car is here it's in the lot waiting for you to see it. We went Saturday to see it fill out the paperwork . That following Monday I drove her to pick up her dream car. With such Class he had her car parked in the front with a red bow on top. Coincidentally her birthday is a few days away. He remembered that and that little touch made her experience so much more better. I highly recommend this dealership because from the second hand point of view i bore witness to the epitome of excellent customer service. That being said I will definitely be buying my next car from Damion at Cherry Hill Lexus. More

Love My Lexus I needed to purchase my current Lexus SUV from the lease or lease a new one. I wasn't sure if I wanted the sport model or the luxury model. Jonatha I needed to purchase my current Lexus SUV from the lease or lease a new one. I wasn't sure if I wanted the sport model or the luxury model. Jonathan was very patient with my questions as we test drove both models. I chose the same model I had turned in 450h , new year and different color. Love It! Jonathan showed me some things about the car that I didn't know about even though I had one for 2 years. He was very personable as we worked together, and I left with my new car. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, from Tom Norton to Jack in the financial department. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Cherry Hill to my friends and family. More

First I spoke to someone in their BDC dept and was transferred to a sales consultant. Clayton Woods was a true professional from the beginning to the end. He got me the exact car that I wanted and helped me negotiate an excellent deal. He answered all my questions and explained everything about my new car and the paperwork. He also provided a very smooth and quick transaction. Together Clayton and his manager Michael Cohen provided me with an exceptional experience. Poor Service I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have two Lexus cars. The service has become extremely poor. I left my car last night and they said they I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have two Lexus cars. The service has become extremely poor. I left my car last night and they said they will call me this morning. No one called till 2 PM. I had to call three times to reach the service person. The next time around I would rather buy a Honda where service is great than a Lexus. What a terrible place this has become. More

So because my English is not the best I picked him up and drove together to Cherry hill lexus. Once there we were greeted by a nice salesman and the very 1st thing we said was we are here to get a new car for my grandfather. Also stated that my grandson will be doing all the talking and that he would translate to me. We seen car and moving fwd my grandson was in Andrew office to go over numbers. The numbers given were good and he said he needed to check with finance manager Beth to finalize. . After about 30 mins of waiting Andrew came back with completely different numbers than were given earlier, my grandson politely and respectfully thanked both Andrew and Elizabeth for there work and we left the dealership. ... and this is where it gets very shady. MY Grandson reached out to the GM Tom the next day by email in disbelief in why the numbers changed so drastically. Not knowing anything that happened ( cause all the important management are off on Thursdays) very arrogantly said come in and we will honor the original deal. He also added for us to deal directly with Michael who is the GSM, I live a good 30 to 40 mins away and my grandson works a very tight schedule , i asked my grandson to call and confirm deal cause it seemed we dealt now with 4 different managers. What do you know mr Gsm comes back with a number that was never brought up and never discussed claiming this was the deal that was saved.(Lie 100%) because I really wanted car again he reached out to the GM and this time the treatment was completely different. He said you only have one shot at getting this deal and to give him my best number, he said the numbers that were originally shown is what we were told and interested in. At that time he hung up phone and would not return any emails or calls, I should of given up at this point but I knew there had to be something going on cause the hang tag on vehicle that I seen in test drive was accordingly to our deal. I've been a member at this community center for over 50 years and one of the men knew of Peter who is the vice president of Cherry hill Lexus and assured me to reach out to him. So again my grandson reached out to him and pleaded with him wanting to know why and how would the numbers change so drastically. After a couple hours he called my grandson and kept asking who is the car for? Again my grandson stated the car is for (ME) my grandfather, well then The VP Peter said they felt that the car was for my grandson and if so that is breaking the law and it is a straw purchase. After back and forth couple times Peter said he has to believe his management. I believe that my grandson was able to get a very good deal initially that maybe was not profitable enough for dealership, and there out card was to use that as a excuse. The one part I left out was before we received numbers on the pre owned lexus in question, we were looking at the new one , where there was no issues. Shame!!! on the entire management to put a 83 yrs young man through such a exhausting and disappointing experience!!!, kept blaming other managers that were off and a ton of bs. I know I will not break any law at my age. Every part of the deal is in my name, the trade just in my name, including insurance. This dealership obviously would rather take advantage of a elderly man than to deal with his grandson who was very respectful polite and knowledgeable in getting a good deal. I really thought after all proof was shown that the car was for me that Peter the VP of cherry hill lexus would do the right thing, call , honor the original deal given, even if it wasn't a huge profit deal. Well tgat Never Happened ! Sorry so long ... thanks for read and beware More
