A First Class Dealership Service was handled with extreme integrity. Based on prior service in Nov. '15 on my 2011 ES-350 and tread depth measurement, I thought I needed at l Service was handled with extreme integrity. Based on prior service in Nov. '15 on my 2011 ES-350 and tread depth measurement, I thought I needed at least two new tires. Service advised tread depth on all tires was fully adequate and no replacements were needed. An alignment was strongly suggested, as well as a Fuel Induction Service (which has never been performed on this vehicle); both were performed this time. The F.I.S. was also recommended during my Nov.2015 service appointment, but was deferred. Your folks picked that up, a clear indication of attentiveness to past records. Service Consultant, John Joseph was polite, courteous, efficient and professional. My first time working with John, and I was at ease immediately. More

I was in earlier today (11/25) to pickup my CT200h (wh Just wanted to quickly say thank you to Joel, the service manager, and Tom, and store manager. I was in earlier today (11/25) to pickup my CT200h (which is an awesome car) after a valve stem broke off while putting air in my tire. I struck up a conversation with Tom who asked why I was in and about my car. The question he asked several times was, "Why am I paying?" and to be honest, I didn't have a better answer other than that's what I was told to pay. After Tom and Joel talked for a few minutes, they came back and said and told me it was taken care of and to have a happy Thanksgiving. What awesome customer service...you now have a buyer for life!!! Thanks guys!!! More

Extraordinary Service !!! My Experience here took about two months to complete. Ended up being well worth the wait. It all started with me telling my girlfriend she needed a ne My Experience here took about two months to complete. Ended up being well worth the wait. It all started with me telling my girlfriend she needed a new car. We decided on Lexus . Every step through out the process was exceptional. She had took it upon herself to go to the dealership by herself to see what kind of cars were currently available. She was greeted by a salesman outside and no pressure answered all of her questions. The second interaction was over the phone, She spoke with Damion and had a pleasant experience so she decided to schedule a time to actually purchase a car. She decided on the 2015 Lexus IS 250 . We probably walked around the lot for a hour looking for the one she wanted. She finally decided on the White Lexus with the Roja Red interior. We ran into a setback . She had her heart set on that color combination but unfortunately that car was already sold. Damion and Ian scoured the market and it was just none out there to provide her with her dream car. So they suggested that we wait for the 2016 to come out. Fast forward two months," Full Disclosure " Damion had communicated with my girlfriend regularly while we waited, Which was much appreciated because she was starting to lose hope. And it was him that made the difference . Patience is a Virtue and Damion provided that comfort that her dream car will become reality . On Friday 10/16 she got the call she was dying to get, Damion said your dream car is here it's in the lot waiting for you to see it. We went Saturday to see it fill out the paperwork . That following Monday I drove her to pick up her dream car. With such Class he had her car parked in the front with a red bow on top. Coincidentally her birthday is a few days away. He remembered that and that little touch made her experience so much more better. I highly recommend this dealership because from the second hand point of view i bore witness to the epitome of excellent customer service. That being said I will definitely be buying my next car from Damion at Cherry Hill Lexus. More
