They took the time to explain the all the features and approximately an hour just to go over the majority of the technical aspects of the vehicle before I left the dealership after the purchase (thanks, Kyle). I believe I received a good deal and am very satisfied with my entire purchase experience. I also appreciate that they offer free technical seminars at the dealership post-purchase. Not so good at first, until Eliot came by. I must say, i didn't feel that welcome at first. I literally walked around for 10-15 minutes without anyone asking if i needed help. I was in genera I must say, i didn't feel that welcome at first. I literally walked around for 10-15 minutes without anyone asking if i needed help. I was in general street clothes. Even on my way towards the exit, a dealer kinda had his arms crossed, looking at the sky as i walked by. I actually had to stop and ask him a question because i was really interested in the cars there. The same guy pointed me to the front counter near the exit, and i gave them one more chance. The receptionist was helpful and immediately assigned Eliot to me, as he was walking in the door. I was interested in BMW's and the new Cadillac SUV's, but Eliot put that to rest. It was a 100 degree day out, and Eliot helped save me some travels and time. He was very friendly and made me feel wanted and was non judgmental. Even when i thought it was gloom and doom as far as getting the car i wanted, he brought a fellow staff(Andrew) over, and we worked out a deal. They gave me the max for my trade, and the new set of keys were in front of me in a decent amount of time. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the car and experience when it was all said n done. The blonde woman Reagan was also very helpful, showing me the features and making me feel well. Andrew was great too. He put the final stamp on things. I would recommend this dealership, and i'm grown up enough to just realize that maybe a few of the staff were having busy stressful days. Would never judge the company on the actions of a few.
