An overloaded amp can only be reset by turning the car off & back on, el which requires a complete stop if the driver wants to hear anything like their phone, navigation, traffic, music, etc. Just wind noise until the vehicle is pulled over & turned off & back on. Their team did not treat my Lexus at all so I sold it back. This transaction occurred only after being cursed at and mimicked to my face twice by the "sales manager" Tony Lobello. No other vehicle (including several year/model Lexus) ever once exhibited the malfunction that Richardson Imports was unable/uninterested in fixing. Not one other vehicle. Ever. Many of their employees claim to have years/decades of experience in the car business yet not a single employee can explain, diagnose, nor fix the unique malfunction. "xxxx poor" is the description of their team's treatment. More

Disgusting Sales Experience , i called the dealership to talk to Bianca , Receptionist told me she wasnt there , i asked for three more sales guys , receptionist told me none of them were there and after a talk to Bianca , Receptionist told me she wasnt there , i asked for three more sales guys , receptionist told me none of them were there and after a few minutes i get a call from Keanan and i asked him about the cars on the lot and the first question he asks me is if i am financing or leasing. He doesn't even know the inventory but he already wants to get to the end of the process. How do people do business like this? He says that's his process and he decides who he can work with or not and decides to hang up on me , first of all i had no interest in talking to this guy and second of all he pisses me off , first provide me information on what you have on the lot before you talk about how i am going to pay for the car. I am not sure why he even called me in the first place but i absolutely hate this behavior. More
