Lexus of Cherry Hill responded

Lexus did identify the concern that customers had and extended the 4 year 50,000 warranty to a full 9 year from date of first use of the vehicle. Regardless of what dealership looks at the vehicle the additional 5 years that Lexus gave to customers would still be expired. We are sorry that the concern came up after 9 years of ownership but we must follow the direction of the customer enhancement that Lexus provided.
