From the moment I walked in till the moment I left my experience at the dealership was exceptional. There is an amazing team of people there! I worked with Darryl, what an amazing human being. Never felt pushed or rushed, he took the time to understand what I was looking for... he listened and most of all I never once felt pressured. After spending several hours there, I walked out with my first Lexus RX 350 sports edition. I have been an Audi customer for as long as I can remember and never thought I would buy another car that wasn't an Audi. I love love the RX 350 SUV. Thanks to Darryl and the team that stayed late to make this all possible. If you are looking for professionalism, exceptional customer service, and an amazing group of people that make you feel as if you have known them forever, then all I can say is go check them out you won't regret it @ Lexus Cherry Hill. Made an appointment online for an oil change and a loaner car. When I got there I was told that loaner cars were not available for an oil change but if I changed it to full service I would get a loaner. This car. This is the fourth Lexus I have leased from Cherry Hill Lexus. This is a terrible business decision to risk losing my future business for a loaner that sits on the lot all day and doesn't cost them anything to loan it out. Can't wait until my salesman calls me when my lease is up. More

Uncivilized sales person and unresponsive manager Sales person threw paper where my wife was sitting upon requesting $500 reduction. We decided to forgive him. Complained to his sales manager, the way talked was trying to cover up his sales person, wanted to cut short the conversation. Very bad work culture, very uncivilized. Interested in money grabbing, just do not go here. Was a big mistake forgave the uncivilized sales person the first time. After the complaint the only good response received from Chuck Kaplan who sorted out my servicing and tech related issues. I understand the place is owned by a veteran so you expect some discipline and courtesy but non exists. Five stars for Chuck Kaplan, zero for other two More

My mixed feelings I purcahased a used 2015 rx 350 several weeks ago. I made an appt for a minor problem which the service dept addressed quickly and were so friendly. I have an issue contacting my phone text to the car and they referred me to the tech dept and said the service dept they could me now. I walked in and told the receptionist I was sent over my the service dept. She was so terse and said they were in a meeting till 9:00 am (it was 8:59) and i said i would wait. She said they would only talk or help me unless I had an appt and basically sho ed me away. I sent the manager an email who apologized but it felt like a standard sorry whatever . I rode an hour to the dealership to purchase my car because i was told they were the best. It may sound petty but I’m not driving there again. My tech problem still has not been addressed despite calling (called several times before and asked for a call back ) and attempted to see their techs. Hope you have better luck More
