I have been using Cherry Hill Lexus Service Department since 1999. John Joseph has been my Service Representative for many of those years. It is a pleasure dealing with him. John is a pleasant and very knowledgeable individual. I usually bring our cars in for service. My understanding of the interworking of a car is very limited. If an unexpected repair needs to be done on my car, John always takes the time to explain to me what and why it needs to be done. He brings it down to my level. I wish I could say I was surprised by these reviews, but I had a very similar experience to many. Ed Sunday, the General Manager and his sales team are liars. After he started working with another client while I was still working with him, I left the dealership. He called me the next day and began insulting me. My finance called and worked with Ron. We agreed to purchase the car. Ron was texting me for days about the car. Pictures of the car, the credit application, and the vin number so I could get insurance. 2 days before I was picking up the car, Ron said he could no longer honor the price. I tried to get in touch with the General Mangar but he never responded to my email or multiple phone calls. I had to call corporate in order for him to call me back. A week later, he finally returned my call and was rude and arrogant. He started shouting and hung up on me. I have been dealing with Scott from corporate who informed me and is refusing to speak to me. The issue it now being escalated within corporate because of his actions. They manipulate and lie. More
Does not honor agreements When I went to pickup my new Lexus RX the management would not honor the price I was given by the salesman 3 days earlier.
