There are times that we cannot meet or exceed customers’ expectations. Your fiance was quoted a price including the rebate and also wanted the 0% financing, which is not an option. The Lexus programs are either/or, not both the rebate and the 0% financing. This was relayed to you as well when you contacted us. Ed the only reason you are responding now after weeks is because I have made my terrible experience public. Please do not pretend you and your employees are honest. EXCEEDING? HOW ABOUT JUST MEETING EXPECTATIONS Every time you continue to lie, I will continue to let the public know about these lies. Ron gave me the price and sent me a credit application. You can't keep pretending the price was for with the rebate. Enough is Enough. Additionally, I made adjustments and was willing to paying cash for the car. You still refused to sell the car for the price. John Silva sent me emails and spoke to me on the phone about the price Ron quoted me and stated he doesn't know who approved the price Ron gave me. So who is lying here? Check Ron's personal email and phone - you will see conversations and the documents sent. I'm tired of continuously being disrespected while your post lies online. Ed, you tell corporate you won't speak to me, but you can sit behind your computer and blurt out lies. Based on previous reviews, I see that you do this quite often. I will continue to work with corporate until the situation is resolved. I missed a week of work and could not return back home due to the lies told my Ron and Darryll. Do your job as a General Manager and honor prices. While you're at it, learn how to return call / emails and talk to customers respectfully.
