I have been a customer of Lexus of Cherry Hill since 2005. They always worked hard to satisfy my needs whether I bought a new car or took my car for service. Starting from General Manager to Sales and S 2005. They always worked hard to satisfy my needs whether I bought a new car or took my car for service. Starting from General Manager to Sales and Service Managers and their teams make sure I am fullysatisfied. A case in point: I took my LS500 for 20k mile service yesterday. John Joseph has been my service consultant. He explained me in very clear terms what is involved with this service, time it will take to complete. During my wait, he he kept me up-to-date with the progress. When his team completed the job, John explained billing and directed me to my car that was washed free of charge. Lexus of Cherry Hill -Service is always great! I live at the shore & make the drive to dealership, I always know my service will be top notch.. Friendly staff.
