Went in for a scheduled oil change. They tried to charge me $350. When I said $350 for an oil change customer rep Fred said it also includes tire rotation and wipers. I said my car is 7 They tried to charge me $350. When I said $350 for an oil change customer rep Fred said it also includes tire rotation and wipers. I said my car is 7 months old. I just want an oil change he said that would be $110 and I can’t have the loaner car. I ended up getting a manager. Worst customer rep ever. More
