Absolutely amazing! The best car buying experience ever! We visited the local Lexus dealer in the city which we live. We had a very dissatisfying experience trying to close a fair deal. Best Vehicle Buying Experience EVER! I have purchased multiple vehicles in my life, and therefore dreaded the inconvenience of once again having to play the “buying game”. My first stop w I have purchased multiple vehicles in my life, and therefore dreaded the inconvenience of once again having to play the “buying game”. My first stop was at Lexus of Chattanooga where I was greeted by salesman Austin Robinson. He was extremely polite from the beginning. He answered all of my questions, (even admitting if he wasn’t confident about answering a question but immediately seeking the facts from the manager). It was very refreshing to have a salesperson who took the time to get the correct answer versus guessing at it. Austin spent about an hour with me and I decided to think about it. He applied zero pressure and even complimented me on not rushing into a decision. The next day, I bought my new ES 350 F Sport. Not only do I love my car, I am 100% satisfied with my experience. Lexus of Chattanooga is great (everyone there is friendly and helpful), but Austin made it seamless. He is absolutely the best. I HIGHLY recommend specifically asking for Austin Robinson....you will not be disappointed. The finance department was easy to work with and great also. Great Job! More
