I could not have asked for a better experience at Lexus of Chattanooga. Marc Bales was may sales advisor and did a wonderful job making sure my first car buying experience went smoothly. I needed a new windshield and was getting quite the run around from the company my insurance company has a contract with. I called Ralph Paty and he made things happen— correctly and quickly.
