They added 6000 dollars to the price stating that there were "aftermarket" protections and parts added to ALL VEHICLES ON THE LOT. This fee according to the salesman "is in the fine print on the website". He said he would need manager approval to remove it. He then ONLY agreed to negotiate a lower APR if I agreed to GAP insurance. After telling him no to that he stated the "Lender requires it". This is not true AT ALL! The salesman was dishonest and likely makes extra money using this tactic. Avoid Lexus of Bellevue! More

I went to test drive Lexus Rx350. The general ambience is good. The staff who addressed me was very courteous and answered most of the questions and were upfront about pricing and loan rates. I was given 2019 pre owned car for test drive and it had a engine vibration in the intial acceleration and braking distance was high. These are artifacts of old car with 12k miles on it .I was surprised about performance of the car as against consumer reports. Peach who attended me asked me to factor in the fact that the car is more than 2 years old. If you are going there for test drive, be specific about requesting the latest version of the car you want to drive. It's not worth the time test driving an old car with outdated interiors and with issues mentioned above. Having transparent communication ahead about lack of latest year car for test drive would have saved few hours of my Sunday. More

After picking up the truck, the radio tuner brought my gx470 in for an immobilizer reset and to get new keys cut due to no master key availability. After picking up the truck, the radio tuner no longer worked. I let them know within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership as that's when I noticed. They gave me the runaround, I brought the vehicle back in for diagnostic and they told me there was no correlation between my radio working when I brought it in and not working when I drove it out. They deemed themselve 100% not responsible and I'm left with a broken radio head unit and no recourse. Absolutely stunning customer service. Use there massively price inflated service department with caution, they won't stand behind their work. These guys are crooks. I love my Lexus, but wouldn't recommend anyone do business with Lexus of Bellevue. More

They made an offer to buy my car from the KBB service. After reviewing the car, they offered less. I wasn't surprised because it had some work, but it was too low and I chose to keep the car. I literally drove the car to a body shop straight from their dealership figuring I'd keep it a bit longer and if I do decide to sell, it would be in better shape. I kindly said, "I'm sorry, its just too low. Thank you but I can't accept this offer". The conversation ended and I called the body shop. Not more than a few hours after my visit, they sent me a KBB instant offer based on my visit but it was for less than what they offered. Why? It was clearly a backhanded way of saying, "you could've had more if you sold it to us a few hours ago but we'll make sure everyone else knows your car is worth less and if you change your mind, you just lost money for not doing it a few hours ago" It was childish and unprofessional. They didn't ask what my plans were when I denied the offer, I just knew I should get the car fixed and use a spare vehicle (which I would later sell). Nobody even noticed that while I was waiting, I was looking at multiple hybrids. My wife just bought a new EV and I figured when the time was right, I would purchase a plug-in Hybrid to go with the EV. I had a good experience here 12 years ago and didn't even consider selling to the other dealer that reached out to me. My decision to not sell was based on my belief their offer was correct and fair, since it was close to the trade-in value that Porsche offered but I just decided to keep it. Its difficult to find good experiences in the car dealership world but I've had them. What's sad is this dealership was one of the good ones before but perhaps not anymore. More

Worst service experience ever. I would rate this place 0 star if I can. What thought to be a routine oil change/maintenance service became a nightmare. I took my 2019 lexus ux for a 20k maintenance in a star if I can. What thought to be a routine oil change/maintenance service became a nightmare. I took my 2019 lexus ux for a 20k maintenance in aug 15, 2 hours later I came to pick up my car. Once I started driving on the freeway, my car's engine check light came on and so did multiple other lights such as "low oil", once the light started coming on, my car went from 65mph to 30mph on the FREEWAY, I had to swerve i to an exit and almost got into an accident. The car also was sputtering and smoking. As I drove the car back, several crew members was cleaning up the service driveway with mops from all the oil that was spewing out of my car! Apparently a technician made a mistake by not putting a gasket for the oil filter causing oil to leak out. Lexus took my car and gave me a loaner for the week trying to correct the problem. A few days later the service director Josh called to apologize and explain the situation, he said "human error", an error that could have caused mine and my little sister's lives. He offered the most insincere apology and offered free 2 whole oil changes as compensation!! What a joke. After picking up my car, the service person told me not to worry about filling up gas for the loaner vehicle and yet they charged my card today also. My car is still not running right, it still feels sluggish and not as smooth as before. Pretty sure running a car on no oil is not a good thing. My new car will never be the same.... I can't believe I was going to buy a lexus Rcf from them. I highly recommend everyone to get your service done somewhere else. Terrible company and they could not have handled this situation any better. Never doing service here again, will be buying my cars from other lexus dealership instead. More
