Clifford Jacobus was assigned to go over the paperwork with us. Even though we paid cash for the car, Clifford made sure we knew how things should work with the required paper. I would assign Clifford a 5 star rating. The lady (Angela I think is her name) assigned to us to explain the workings of the car was not so helpful nor did she seem to have a real interest in helping us and did not have many answers. I would give her a 2 star rating maximum. Perhaps the heat had something to do with that. The result of the short time she spent with us has left us with a complex vehicle to figure out for ourselves. Not my idea of a proper representative of a 5 star dealer of luxury vehicles. More

I've purchased countless vehicles over the years from just about every mainstream and luxury manufacturer and I'd have to say Lexus of Austin is definitely at the top 3 in terms of overall service. This includes sales, delivery, finance, post-sales, as well as interactions with the service and parts department. In Sales, Randy and Loren did a great job with communication, working out a fair deal and adjusting their approach with somebody such as myself who has gone through this process quite a few times. No issues, everything went as expected, took delivery, and the vehicle has been solid. Matt in Finance also ensured a smooth process, no high-pressure add-ons, etc. He went through the whole thing with no drama, kept it simple, straight-forward, and got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. And of course, no games here. And last is a scheduled visit at service, with Jorge. There was only a minor issue with the GX that was quickly resolved within the provided time frame. The waiting room and cafe are nice, no problem hanging out there for a couple of hours. Although just a reminder to ask folks if they want their vehicle washed first - I forgot some dealers do that. Overall, Lexus of Austin provided solid experience and I look forward to future vehicle purchases going into next year. More
