Since 2009 when my wife purchase her first Lexus, a 2007 ES350, it has been serviced by Lexus of Ann Arbor. For the past three years I have depended on Ramey Miller as my service consultant. He is very professional in responding to service requests, explaining what work needs to be done and related costs and handling my overall service needs in a friendly and most efficient manner. I depend on his counsel and advice regarding the proper care and maintenance of my wife's Lexus. She just purchased a 2010 ES350 and again, I will depend on Ramey for our service requests for regular maintenance and, if needed, special service requirements. I am very satisfied with the service we have received from Lexus of Ann Arbor. More

I had some warranty problems with my RX. Got it inspected, a young guy told me nothing wrong with it. I insist to meet the service manager. I met the Dan Wilson, a very nice and extremely polite guy. He got one of the experienced old mechanics and looked at the problems, discovered them and said will call you back when the parts arrive. The warranty was going to expire soon so I thought they blew me off after a month of no contact. They called me back that the parts arrived. They got the car back, I got a nice loaner. Dan politely gave me the choice so it was not thrown at me like the previous time. Took a week to fix. I'm not complaining at all about the time since I'm a pragmatic, meticulous, and perfectionist engineer. I wanted a perfect job regardless the time it takes since I had the loaner car. The outcome was not excellent but OK. Some deep scratches around rear bumper clips where rear hatch closes, couple other deep scratches in the passenger door lining, dirty passenger seat due to fix, lost seat track covers. Dan got them from the old seat frame, they forgot to install them. I discovered the bumper clip was loose first time pick up which took them another day to get the part and install it. I had to redo the bumper bottom clips since they were not placed right. If Lexus crew don't know that who will. The mechanics are just reckless and don't pay attention to details at all, just fix and throw. You've to be very carefull and inspect the work before you leave, not everyone has this capability though. Overall experience, excellent and polite customer service from Dan and Derek, but backed up with an average to below average mechanics. More
I had a terrific service department experience at Lexus of Ann Arbor last week. Having recently moved to this area, I was unsure if they could keep me as happy as Lexus generally does—my family has owned of Ann Arbor last week. Having recently moved to this area, I was unsure if they could keep me as happy as Lexus generally does—my family has owned Lexus vehicles for almost 15 years—but I am happy to report they did, and even more! My service representative, Ramey, was informative and friendly, giving me the most positive & personal experience I have ever had at ANY car dealership!!! There was no time during the process that I felt pressured into a purchase; the charges were reasonable and fair for industry standards; my husband had no complaints, as well. Loved the loaner car; loved the ease of scheduling the appointment online; loved the quick turnaround time; loved the way the department is set up and the quiet office location talking with Ramey; loved the overall friendly atmosphere. Also, I loved that Ramey represented the Lexus brand so professionally and personally. The car runs great, problem solved. Additionally, I left something of value in the loaner car & didn’t realize until the next day. Ramey retrieved it and mailed it to me, saving me much time & hassle. Great when spending $50k but once done no one wanted to talkto you. First tried license transfer person, then Sales agent, then sales Manager, then General Manager.
