They made no attempt to negotiate any deal at all. The manager stated that they do not yet have one price shopping but refused to even try and work with us. The difference was only 30.00 dollars a payment. We tried to haggle some but he would not hear it, not even one counter price. Looked up some other pricing while there and stated that the price did not include tax/title (which none do) and he stated well just write a check for that and we can do the deal. It felt like the scene from Pretty women. Taking my business else where, maybe BMW or a Lincoln, or Audi, somewhere where they treat you as a person. I then wanted to bring my wife in to see the car and asked Ruth if it could be cleaned while I was going home to get her. When I returned to the dealer the car was immaculate and parked inside for us to look over before we took it out. It's the first time I ever purchased a car without going to multiple dealers first. I would highly recommend giving them a visit before buying a new or used car. And if you can get Ruth, even better. More

Quickest purchase I ever made I had driven many cars including the Lexus NX. I went out shopping one day and drove some cars for the second time. I told my husband that I really ne I had driven many cars including the Lexus NX. I went out shopping one day and drove some cars for the second time. I told my husband that I really needed to go to Lexus right then and drive the NX again while everything was fresh in my mind. We had done some research and knew there were some used cars available. Ruth greater us and when we told her what we wanted she had a car available immediately. I only needed to drive it for a block and I knew this was the car. By now it was a few minutes before closing. I do not like the whole car buying experience and typically let my husband take care of it. With Tracy my husband only came to test drive the two cars I was interested in and from there I signed the paperwork and made the purchase without him. It was so easy and non-pressure! I visited a couple other dealerships and amazing that the sales people never called me back! Wow, so surprising! You have to call people back and don't have to be pushy when doing so.
