He was not only highly knowledgeable, but very kind and patient. I would not buy a Lexus from any other dealer despite the 2 hour drive. More

I have owned a Lexus for the past 14 years, and have always used Lexus for service. Today that changed. After scheduling a multi-day drop off with a loaner, the dealership let me drive into the facilit always used Lexus for service. Today that changed. Sales has always taken good care of me, and I highly recommend dealing with Tammy, but be wary of the service department. More

Tammy uses dishonest sales tactics. She refused to run my credit through Capitol One or any other bank that would give me a decent rate with my 837 credit score. She told me to sign a paper stating I would purchase the vehicle at 7% before she could run my credit. I asked why and was told it’s too much work for the finance manager without the promise of a sale. She told me they didn’t run my credit and I left. There is a hard inquiry from Lexus in my credit. More
