She was prompt in presenting me with a car with what I was looking for and it was obvious she knows your Lexus product lines. I then looked at your inventory online and then spoke with Ruth. Unfortunately all the vehicles were owned by Metro. Ruth was very professional in putting me in contact with Metro (even at the risk of losing a sale).
