Of course, at the end of the day it’s a business, and they want you to buy, but how they make that process, (painful or painless), and how they make the buyer feel, is entirely individual. They always give a loaner free of charge and the ladies at the cashier get you right out, a well-oiled machine. I have a over 140k miles on my car and never had any major issues.
