IFor a Lexus dealership which charges a ridiculous amount for maintenance, the facility is remarkably short of creature comforts. No practical tables or workstations for business people. No food or snacks of any kind. I know Covid restricts amenities, but my Ford dealership is head and shoulders above them. Also, 2+ hours for an oil change while I wait is crazy. On the plus side the people are very friendly people. Loaner cars available. Good text alerts. Good car wash. More
