I was quite pleased with the service and my first interface with Marco was great. We couldn't isolate the battery problem I experienced. But that was OK, as I have had other batteries that had period interface with Marco was great. We couldn't isolate the battery problem I experienced. But that was OK, as I have had other batteries that had periodic internal failures that were simply not cooperative when actually being serviced and tested. Since the battery is still under warranty from a second source, I will return and replace it just to avoid prolonged aggravation. More
