The attention and involvement during the purchase event was excellent. We met the sales Mgr, he came over and introduced himself. I showed him my numbers he matched them and we had a deal. Austin was ve was excellent. We met the sales Mgr, he came over and introduced himself. I showed him my numbers he matched them and we had a deal. Austin was very personable and very involved with us. He took care of everything including the transfer and the registration right there at the dealership. He then introduced us to the tech advisor who went over various features of the new car The whole experience was very upbeat, not.like the hostile encounters in the past 25 years of purchasing a car..I would recommend Lexus of Sarasota to my neighbors and friends.
