It is critical to mention that no noise was presen Immediately after I picked up my car from a service, the car started to make a very horrible noise. It is critical to mention that no noise was present when I left the car. When tried to work with the dealer on fixing the issue, the dealer stated that it was an issue with the break, which, of course, was not covered by the warranty.... Based on this outcome, I opened a case with Lexus Headquarter. After a few days I was told that they needed to respect the opinion of the dealer. At this time, I learned that I really wasted my time. After doing some research, I learned that when there is an issue with the breaks and/or rotors, the issue is gradual, meaning that you don't hear a noise of metal from one sec to the other... After this experience with Lexus Escondido, I highly recommend to do some research before choosing your dealership/brand. More

That inquiry resulted in a quick response by the dealership internet salesman, Joel Minaya. I went to the dealership the following day, where Joel handed me over to Vince Weigman. Vince showed me the Cashmere RX350 that I had come to see and gave me a great test demo and lots of good technical information. We then tested a Starfire White RX350 that had a few more features that I was interested in. Another excellent test drive. I purchased this SUV. The price negotiations with Vince were fair and I got a good deal. The dealer prep was quick and Vince spent another half hour walking me through all the electronics in the vehicle, pairing my phone and pointing out subtle settings for navigation and such. I felt like I was personally taken care of and that the dealership was solidly behind me and the vehicle. It was a great experience. More

The dealership itself is a great place. We've stopped asking for a loaner when service is needed because there are so many things to do; go upstairs and have an amazing lunch at a top notch restaurant, do some shopping at a few boutiques, hit some golf balls, or just sit in the quiet room and read and relax in a massage chair. 2-3 hours can go by very quickly. Since they have opened, we have purchased 3 cars, and they have all exceeded our expectations. More
