Matt came back last Friday evening with a bulk estimate and never provided the price breakdown that I requested on the same day just a few minutes after receiving his email. Called him and office a few times (left him a text message too) on Monday morning asking for an update , which he never got back to me. Went back to Lexus asking to give my car back, after 20-25mins they brought my car (I guess rushing to change the oil same time while waiting?). Anyway, they were supposed to also do a complementary car wash which they didn’t! I received my car with dirts all over it inside and out… Insane experience… More
