DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Lexus is one of the best car brands out there, but this dealership is at best, horrible at customer service, at worst they are deceitful. After agreeing on the price of the car, they tried to tell me that there were "after market options" that had already been added to car and that there would be an extra $2000 added to price. When I threatened to walk away, they mysteriously "waived" those prices and the agent said "well, you understand I had to try." I was then informed that I would qualify for a $2500 rebate check for buying a hybrid that I had to apply for and that they would hold a personal check of mine until the rebate was approved and then they would tear up my check and apply the rebate. Well, the rebate company approved me but stated it could only approve me for a car purchased going forward, not in retro, which was obviously not what I was informed by the dealer, and the dealer then cashed my check. I made 7, let me repeat that, 7!!!! attempts to contact the dealership and the owner and not one person returned my call. I have filed complaint with Lexus Headquarters, and even they were unable to get an answer back from the owner. Remember I did even get a phone call to say that they can't do anything for me! They can't even respect me enough to just tell me no! Please, Please, Please buy a Lexus, they are the best, but not here at the El Cajon dealership. Unsatisfactory Customer Service When I arrived at the dealership, I was asked how they could help me. I told them I wanted to lease a new RX450. "Well, did you look at the web site?" was the response. No.... "Okay, so you're just a "walk in then".... I guess so. When the salesman arrived, I told him what I wanted. His response: "I have only three in stock and they're all the identical color and model, saphire white" Sorry, I'm looking for Atomic Silver. "Sorry, can't help you".....and he bustled off.... Another dealership would have attempted to find a car that met my specs....offered to order it....something. Not here! Guess business must be good to be able to blow off a customer like that...! More
