They didn't waste my time. Was able to do everything from start to finish online. Super responsive through email and text. I was at work all day Friday and was able to literally do everything while working my regular job. Drove off by 10:45 in a new car Saturday morning. It honestly would've been faster if I didn't have a last minute trade in. Basically, what you get out of this experience is based on what you put in. Transparency, fairness, honesty, reasonable pricing, and respect to my time is all I look for in a dealership they nailed it. Definitely recommend working with Kaba. More
