We pulled into the parking lot and parked and as soon as we got out we were greeted by Heather, and it was like it was meant to be. Heather asked if we had an appointment with somebody, and I said no we wer we got out we were greeted by Heather, and it was like it was meant to be. Heather asked if we had an appointment with somebody, and I said no we were here to look at a Subaru legacy they had. We were all shocked, Heather included, when she had the keys in her hand as she was about to walk out to that vehicle. From there on Heather made the purchase process super easy and fast. She made the process very personable, making it feel like we weren't at a dealership. She is a great employee and definitely deserves a raise and some kudos for the work she does! Everybody at the dealership treated us very nicely and was super sweet to my daughter, even giving her snacks! It seemed like the other customers at the dealership felt the same way because everybody had smiles on their faces. We definitely will not hesitate to go back. More
