He was patient as I took each car for a test drive, and he answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and expertise. He clearly knew his stuff and was passionate about helping me find the car that would make me happy. What really stood out about Salman was his honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel like he was trying to push me into a car that wasn't right for me, or that he was trying to upsell me on features that I didn't need. He was always straightforward and transparent, and I felt like I could trust him completely. Once I had made my decision, Salman made the process of buying the car a breeze. He took care of all the paperwork and made sure that everything was in order, so all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I would not buy anything from Lester Raines! He is very unprofessional and treats his staff like crap! I took my vehicle to Lester Raines today because my tire blew out and it was closer to me. He refused to order a tire and rim unless I paid out of my pocket which is not how my warranty works, Fidelity reimburses the dealer/Bodyshop directly. Lester Raines then goes on to say if you don’t buy from his lot you don’t get first class customer service. He was rude from the moment I pulled up and was very degrading to hIs staff! Now I remember why I chose not to spend my money on his lot. I will drive my vehicle back to Huntington from this point on. I will say his service center has always been helpful and was today as well. They are not a reflection of him!! More
