Folks there aren't pushy or trying to sell you something you don't want. This was my 6th purchase from Lester Raines, and I've heard Lester say it numerous times--Hondas sell themselves! Tried to get a quote for a module replacement for a Mazda. The service manager quoted $1,200.ish to replace a $200-$300 part. I asked if they could email the quote and he says...How do you expect me to Mazda. The service manager quoted $1,200.ish to replace a $200-$300 part. I asked if they could email the quote and he says...How do you expect me to do that?...I don't... because I'll sell/trade this and never buy another Mazda being as this is the only dealer that can work on them. Oh my way to a dealer now. Not only did your rude response cost this repair but also a purchase on a new vehicle. Hope you have the day you deserve! More
