Lester Glenn Hyundai

My husband and I went to the Lester Glenn Hyandai dealership today to get some information on the Sonata. Our salesmen, Will Doheny was wonderful. He took alot of time with us, listened to our needs and wants and was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He took us on a test drive and patiently taught us about all of the amazing features of this beautiful car. He actually took the time to take me to a parking lot for an additional test drive because of my nervousness due to the weather. All this without even knowing if he would get our sale. He was never pushy and made the entire buying process a pleasure. Will also programmed the car for us right down to our cell phones and garage door opener, he was wonderful! Ron Garguilo, the Sales Manager, introduced himself and helped us get to a figure along with Will that would work for us. There was no "Good Cop Bad Cop" strong arm tactics, instead there was honesty and transparency. We decided to finance a portion of our purchase and we then met with Brian Pataky, the Finance Manager. Once again, we were so impressed, Brian after running our credit,checked with several different institutions in order to get us the best rate. He was a pleasure to deal with and also answered all of our questions on the financing portion of our purchase. Up until today, buying a new car was right up there with getting a root canal. Buying our car today at Lester Glenn was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove out with our beautiful new 2011 Hyundai Sonata and most importantly we drove out feeling good about the experience. Thank you Lester Glenn for having employees like Will, Ron and Brian. Bob Reyes took care of us in a very friendly professional manner right from the very beginning when we started to look for a new car. We visited the old show room a couple of months ago not knowing what we wanted to buy. After doing our research we found good things about the Hyundai Santa Fe. So back we went to find Bob. It was between snow storms and he took his time trying to find us the right car. We went down the road to the another lot. My husband and I walked around with him through the snow to find our perfect car. It was getting so cold he told us to get back into the car and wait as he preceded to go on on with the search. We did find a few cars, so back we all went. After some time of checking this and that and asking us questions we found our dream car. We never felt rushed even though we were there for about 6 hours. We also had a visit from the sales manager Ed Martins who was pleasant and was ready to work with us. It all went so smooth that before we knew it we were driving home with our brand new car. I woke up during the night and opened the garage door to check if we really had our beautiful red car sitting there. Usually after dealing with a agency we always felt so stressed out. He had gone through all the cars with me and recommended the Hyundai Sonata, which I am extemely satisfied with. Before I left with my new car, Paul went through every part of the car with me and even set up my Bluetooth! I would strongly recommend working with Paul Vidal through Lester Glenn, because he was genuine, which is very rare among Sales Represenatives. Leasing or buying a car is a very tiring experience, especially if your a woman looking on your own. I never once felt uncomfortable with Paul or that I was "being taken" on a price. I went to five dealers in PA and NJ and decided to go with this dealer. They were wonderful to work with and I immediately started telling people about my experience.
