I took my vehicle there for a front brake job which took them two days to complete. It was less than a year ago and now the brakes are starting to make a grinding noise. We met Paul at the Appleton used car store, and found him and his entire team to be extremely genuine, honest and felt like they had our best interests in mind. We LOVE our Edge!!! We had to have done recall work done and the service team is equally awesome!!! While doing the recall work they detected a small issue with the transmission. They were honest about it, ordered the parts, and got us in quickly. They gave us a loaner which was extremely helpful! From the service team to the rental girl, we were treated very well, like they truly appreciated our business. More
