I had only owned my used Ford F150 for about a year and have never been happier with service from a dealership before! We have one other larger dealership in the area (NE Wisconsin) and they are rude, poorly skilled and WAY overpriced for even the most simple services. Bravo to Les Stumpf! I am a customer for life! Trying to purchase a new 2012 Ford F-150 Platinum. Spent a great deal of my time waiting for an offer on my trade and ending up leaving with an offer that was terrible. Bought almost the same truck for almost 4,000.00 dollars less at Bergstrom Ford of Neenah. Bergstrom also put a bug shield and mud guards on truck. Les Stumpf Ford is way over priced. More

Mike worked out a fair price for my trade-in and found the new truck I was looking for. He is straight-forward, honest, knowledgeable, and simply everything one could ask for in a sales representative. I had some minor accessories added before I picked up the truck, which the service department handled well. The financing and addition of extended warranty were handled well by the financial department. My advice: BUY A FORD - I've driven Ford trucks for 40 years. They're awesome! BUY AT LES STUMPF - I've had two good buying experiences there! BUY FROM MIKE - He's a "star performer" at Stumpf! More
From the start Sean was very interested in what I was looking for in a new car. Answered all the questions about fuel economy and style of car I was looking for. After explaining the plans available for my lease we took the car out for a drive and Sean answered all questions on the Fusion I could come up with. After I made my selection Brent then explained the financial part of the plan and answered all my questions on the lease process. When the car was delivered Sean then showed me every part of the car from dash to the truck. Days later the dealership called and asked how things were going and asked if I had any questions about my Fusion and mentioned again that I could stop in anytime if I had questions or concerns about my Ford. More
