This place does not stand by their word! Do not trust them! All you will get is excuses or lies. I called on a Tuesday to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was available before driving to Ferndale. I was assured it was and arrived within half an hour. When I arrived, the sales person told me he couldn't find the keys. He searched as I waited 45 minutes before blaming his manager and telling me I would need to come back another day. He asked how ready to make a deal I was and I let him know if I could have test driven it and if it was washed from the salt, I'd make a deal on the spot. He said since it was their error, he would hold the vehicle for me, wash it, and have it ready another day. I offered to come in on Wednesday but he wasn't available so we made an appointment for Thursday. I provided a copy of the registration for my trade-in so they could be ready to value my vehicle when I returned. Wednesday afternoon I received a text verifying that they found the keys and verifying the vehicle would be ready when I arrived on Thursday at 3:30. I left work early Thursday only to receive a text at 12:30 saying that the vehicle had been sold. When the salesperson was asked what happened to holding the vehicle for me since it was their mistake, he lied and said he asked for a deposit. When he was reminded of the exact conversation, he agreed that he never asked for a deposit and admitted that I would have placed a deposit if he had asked - what he asked for was for me to trust him that it would be set aside since it was their mistake and they wanted to make it right. He also told me that his MANAGER was aware of the situation with me and agreed to hold the vehicle, but later approved the sale of the vehicle to another customer 3 hours before my appointment. I tried contacting the manager several times and he never returned my call. Horrible customer service! This is definitely not an honorable business. More

My overall experience was not a good one. I came in because I saw a special on the website. There was a special for the 2025 Terrain for $299. I sit down with my fiancé and keep in mind the salesman is taking to my fiancé the whole time even though I’m the one buying the vehicle. We told him about the special and he said yes of course let’s get you to test drive it. He drives us down to another lot and I take it for a spin. I loved it! On the way back to the original dealership the salesman asked if we wanted to see something cool the Hummer EV(he drove us down to the other lot in the Hummer EV). We said sure. He waited for traffic to clear and did a complete 360 in the middle of the road with a police officer right behind us. Then proceeded to speed off from 1-60 in 3 seconds. We came back and decided to go over numbers. They come back and said it would be close to 600 a month. My fiancé asked why we didn’t qualify for the special. He was unaware that there was a special (apparently).They come back and said it was a typo and the special was actually for the 2024 Terrain. They then said they could put me in a 2024 Terrain and I wasn’t happy with that option. They then tried to do a so called “aggressive offer” on the 2025 terrain and lowered it by about $40 a month. So just beware that they falsely advertised for the 2025 GMC Terrain. They wasted my time and put my safety at risk. More
