Last week I went to Les Stanford Buick GMC to get my first oil changed on my GMC Acadia. I was greeted by JOHN in service who did an excellent job in writing me up for the Oil change. I have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership for 19 years and have very satisfied. This last time I was unhappy with the communication from the dealership and ended up up walking several miles to get a years and have very satisfied. I decided it was time to get a newer vehicle and I purchased a used one from the same dealership after the help I received from the service manager,,but I will be cautious of further service needs. They didn’t perform the services they said they did, they are LIARS! They didn’t rotate the tires, or fix the flat tire (had to take it elsewhere and pay for that), and they didn’t check the air conditioner are LIARS! When I called them to tell them they didn’t perform the services they said they did, nobody ever returned any of my numerous calls and messages that I left over the course of 5 days. Worst customer service ever from the service team to the service manager since nobody ever called me back to remedy this. They will cheat you by telling you they performed services on your vehicle, when in reality, they don’t! More
