Last week I went to Les Stanford Buick GMC to get my first oil changed on my GMC Acadia. I was greeted by JOHN in service who did an excellent job in writing me up for the Oil change. I have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership for 19 years and have very satisfied. This last time I was unhappy with the communication from the dealership and ended up up walking several miles to get a years and have very satisfied. I decided it was time to get a newer vehicle and I purchased a used one from the same dealership after the help I received from the service manager,,but I will be cautious of further service needs.
