these people should be ashame My boyfriend bought a used 2000 jeep from here 4 years ago. 2 years after, a month after his warranty ended he had to replace the engine. That is nothing compared to the disgusting amount of rust they covered up on the vehicle. He's lucky he made it home today considered his back left tire isn't attached to the frame due to rust. To replace the frame its gonna be $8000. Its completely corroded. He just finished paying it off ($15,000) in July. I have a choice select of words that I will not use on a public forum for people who have no care against other human beings. Unfortunately the lemon law can not help us out due to the cars age. Don't let them rob you. My boyfriend lost a lot of money because of these people and he almost lost his life. Don't let your loved one drive an unsafe vehicle from this place. If it looks too good to be true...it is. More

My First Purchase of Many From Lenihan Auto Let me start by saying: I normally don't write reviews but I feel that sharing my experience at Lenihan Auto in Marlton, NJ will be highly beneficial Let me start by saying: I normally don't write reviews but I feel that sharing my experience at Lenihan Auto in Marlton, NJ will be highly beneficial for others looking to purchase their first or next Jeep. For all the details (worth the read), see the novel below. For a quick recap; This dealership is genuinely a no pressure to buy environment. The team is highly knowledgeable about their products and stand behind them 100%. It was an absolute pleasure working with the associates / management and it was evident that they appreciated my consideration to buy and my purchase with them. Now for the details: Prior to coming across Lenihan Auto, I spent months looking at Jeeps, among other makes, both online and at various dealerships. I live in Pennsylvania and did not see the need to travel outside of the state to purchase a vehicle. Last week I came across a Wrangler Sport I had been looking for located at Lenihan (the color made it hard to find). I called the dealership to inquire and was professionally transferred to Rick York who courteously answered my questions and asked additional ones to better assess my needs & expectations. He was able to answer the questions I asked and add further clarity on the car buying process as this was my first vehicle purchase. I asked him to email me various specifics about the Jeep in addition to the CarFax. Prior to ending the call, Rick scheduled an appointment for me to come out and test drive. Furthermore, when I told him I had to check about getting a ride (as my car had broken down) he offered to send transportation for me and told me he would be happy to come in on his day off if it fit my schedule better. No more than five minutes after our conversation ended, I received an email with the information he promised to send. Prior to coming to the dealership, Rick checked in with me to ensure I didn't need anything and told me he looked forward to meeting me. I went to the dealership for a test drive a few days later and arrived ahead of schedule. Rick was busy with another guest and I was invited to look at my vehicle of choice with Chris Truchel until Rick became available. Chris took time to explain all the features of the Jeep and answered any questions I had about both the vehicle and the purchasing process. He displayed great knowledge on the Wrangler and provided me with a positive attitude and professionalism during our time together. At no point during our interractions did I feel pressured into making a purchase and I felt like I received full transparency. While outside with Chris, Rick came out to introduce himself, apologize for not getting to me yet and told me he would be with me shortly. At this point, Chris and I took the vehicle out for a test drive away from the busy roads located in front of the dealership. I was able to experience all the Jeep had to offer on open back roads away from crowds and traffic. Upon returning to the dealership, I sat with Chris and talked about the details of the purchase. I expressed my growing interest in the Jeep however was reluctant to purchase that day until I spoke to my insurance company and bank. He offered to hold the vehicle from being sold until the following morning allowing me time to consider the deal. While at Chris' workstation, the General Manager, Mike Garro, came over to check in. He offered me the option of financing through them and spoke to me about several options to lower my payments including a lease option of 78 months. They were very gracious and it was highly evident that they appreciated my business. The following day I called Chris on his cell phone and although he was not scheduled to work, he still worked from home to help me make the purchase. When I went to pick up my Jeep everyone remembered me by name and congratulated me on my purchase. The purchasing process was smooth, quick and efficient. I was very happy to give them my business. It was well worth the hour plus drive to get to the dealership. When we got there we took a look at the initial car that brought us in, but to our surprise we fell in love with another one that was recently put on the lot. Chris, our sales person helped us out tremendously. He was very friendly and knowledgable, making the dreaded car buying experience nothing but a breeze. Upon agreeing to the purchase, my husband and I were brought right into the finance managers office so we could negotiate a price. It was so much easier and less stressful than other dealerships I have been to...there was no going back and forth 100 times! They worked hard to get us financed and within two hours we were driving home in our new car. I love my new Wrangler! I would definitely recommend buying a car from Lenihan! Ask for Chris if you go!!
