My husband went back to Lenihan because we were happy with the Jeep they sold us in 2008 and they had a nice used selection at very fair prices. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We didn't feel pressured and we knew they were giving us a fair deal. We were happy to do business with them again and who knows, maybe this Ford girl can be converted in the future. More

great! I purchased my very first Jeep Wrangler from Lenihan way back in 2003. I was very happy to purchase my be able to purchase my current Jeep 2014 with I purchased my very first Jeep Wrangler from Lenihan way back in 2003. I was very happy to purchase my be able to purchase my current Jeep 2014 with all the bells and whistles! How funny is this, the owner remembered me from the first time I purchased with them! I have never at that time nor now have I ever had any issues with sales nor service. I met the business office lady Ronnie who has been an absolute doll! She worked out the title issue I had with professionalism and way too much patience. Frank my service guy was so accommodating. Even my sales man (please forgive me at the moment his name escapes me) was an absolute dream! Incompetent workers My girlfriend and I bought a car here last month. After dealing with the financing we took the car home. We tried to start the car after pulling in to My girlfriend and I bought a car here last month. After dealing with the financing we took the car home. We tried to start the car after pulling in to our driveway and it wouldn't turn back on. We called Leninhan Auto and they sent a tow truck. My girlfriend was devastated to say the least. She was so excited about the new car only to find out it was already having issues. Leninhan assured us there was an inspection but this is proved to be false when they sold us the car with a faulty battery. They replaced the battery but did not apologize for the inconvenience. They took absolutely no responsibility. They never followed up with us on the purchase which any decent dealer would have done. This is unacceptable. The car was never detailed and we had to beg them to even put down floor mats. The car buying experience was not present at leninhan auto Chris, our salesperson was nice but didn't really take pride in the sale. Instead he joked during the whole process. Mike shared his political views with us which is unprofessional and insulting based on the fact that we are not all extreme right winged republicans. The dealership is half xxx and I don't understand how they are still in business. The countless hours I spent in there I never saw any customers. The service people are very rude. More
