I have owned an Acura product consistently since 1987. I have been a customer at your dealership since 2011. Recently I had another experience with two of your employees that was above and beyond. The e I have been a customer at your dealership since 2011. Recently I had another experience with two of your employees that was above and beyond. The employees were Adrian Johnson and Kylea Durizch. Here’s what happened. I left my office at the Cary Arts Center at 5:30 and walked out to my 2014 MDX. Unfortunately, it would not turn over. I called your service department hoping to get someone this late in the afternoon. Kylea answered and I explained my situation. She listened and tried to help me, even getting one of your mechanics to help advise me. But, to no avail. The car was just dead. I said I would call a tow truck and have it transported to your dealership. Immediately Kylea said I did not need to. She told me she would get me a loaner car if I could get a ride to the dealership. I said I couldn’t be there before you closed and she said that wouldn’t be an issue and she would wait. I was able to arrange a ride and arrived about 6:30 p.m. Adrian met me at the service dept door and arranged the loaner. He also said he and one of your mechanics would drive to my office the next morning to look at the car. I drove home to Sanford that evening happy and a lot less stressed than I could have been if Kylea and Adrian hadn’t been so extremely willing to help me. I have a special needs spouse and needed to get home. The next morning as promised, Adrian and James (I think that is his name…) arrived at my office at 8:30 a.m. and inspected my car. They got it running and drove it to the dealership for further evaluation. At the end of the day, I picked up my car with a new battery and drove home a very happy person, and I continue to be a very satisfied customer. I just wanted you to know how thankful I am to Kylea and Adrian. They did more than they needed to and they did it with a willingness and service mindset that you and the dealership can be proud of.
