After looking for a Honda in Raleigh where they upcharged and added items to the car that I did not want and cannot take off me and my wife drove to your Acura dealership in Cary just to look at a TLX withou and added items to the car that I did not want and cannot take off me and my wife drove to your Acura dealership in Cary just to look at a TLX without the intention of buying a car. Eric Rich met us and was very professional and polite and informed us that they had 1 Acura TLX, he was very knowledgeable and informed us of all the features that the car had and we loved the car. We ended up purchasing a 2022 Acura TLX Type-S and couldn't be more happier with our decision, there was zero pressure from the sales team to purchase the car so I was out decision without interference from the sales team which has become common practice at other dealerships.
